Refunds & Returns

Upon delivery you have up to 7 days to contact us for a refund or return. Refunds on unwanted orders can only be given if items are unopened and unused. 

Please note it is the customers responsibility to cover the cost of return for any unwanted items.

We recommend that customer use tracked postage and keep proof of postage when sending the order/item back. Just in case your product or item gets lost in transit.

For a faulty and or damaged items we will reimburse any delivery chargers that occure.
